Embrace failure as your most powerful ally in growth
What if failure wasn’t the end of the story—but the beginning of extraordinary progress?
In Failing Upwards, guest speaker Garret Turley reframes our relationship with failure, inviting us to explore how mistakes, setbacks, and tough experiences can fuel authentic growth, innovation, and stronger leadership. By facing failure head-on and learning from it, Garret shows how we can elevate our practices, ourselves, and our teams toward new heights of success.
What to Expect in This Session
Honest reflection on the less elegant aspects of leadership—where things didn’t work, why they failed, and how those failures became pivotal turning points.
Uplifting stories of real-world resilience—using failure not as a stop sign, but as a stepping stone to deeper insight and stronger outcomes.
Practical tools and strategies to build a culture where failure becomes an accepted—and even celebrated—part of growth, leading to innovation and resilience.
